Janet Moreau

|
|
Janet has been quilting since 1979. A few years ago she saw a
demonstration on embellishing sweatshirts and turning them into
jackets. She has really taken off with the concept and makes
stunning jackets. She also helps teach our beginning classes, and
assists Arla with Thimbleberries Club. She says her favorite part of
quilting is embellishing and the finishing.

Bonnie Park

Bonnie is a quilter, knitter and crocheter (did we just make up a word?) and has been sewing since
high school. We won’t give away how long that is, come
take one of her classes and maybe you can get her to spill the
beans. She teaches quilting and crochet and loves cats and Texas.

We are so happy that Arla is taking on our Thimbleberries
Club for another year. She has been an active Thimbleberries member
since 2002 and has spent 4 years as Club Coordinator. Arla is
always checking the Thimbleberries web site and discussion groups
for fun ideas for us. This year we sponsored a Thimbleberries Camp
that she arranged for us. Not only does she keep our meetings
organized and moving along, she also has challenges and new ideas
for using our Thimbleberries stash and patterns.
